Luchador wrestling — intense, theatrical and very masked — made its way to downtown Tulsa for Elote’s Cinco de Mayo Street Festival. A crowd braved high, cold winds May 5 to watch the body slams, chair throwing and over-the-top acting typical of lucha libre.
