Tulsans can see la Caja de Agua, a fountain created in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, for free from Oct. 24-26 at its new home at Tulsa Botanic Garden. Reserve tickets online

Whiteside Halloween Carnival

6  to 8 p.m. Friday

The family-friendly event at Whiteside Park is packed with exciting activities, including costume contests, carnival games and fun for children of all ages. 

Tulsa Indian Club’s Fall Festival

11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday

Hosted at Jenks Riverwalk, the annual fall festival features Native arts and crafts, singing and drumming, an Indian taco sale, kids activities and more.

1 to 3 p.m. Saturday

The Tulsa artist will paint live as part of his first-ever career retrospective “Wall Flowers” at Philbrook Museum, which is on display through Jan. 3. 

Hip-Hop 918

7 to 10 p.m. Saturday

Two-time Grammy winners Arrested Development will headline the free concert at Guthrie Green. It kicks off with a breaking battle hosted by local street dance battle organization Let’s Session. Following the battle, rappers with Moffett Music will gather for a hip-hop cypher.
