ᎠᏫᏒᏅ (Garden) album release party 
7 p.m. Friday

Cherokee musician Kalyn Fay celebrates her first album release in seven years with a special concert at VFW Post 577 that includes performances by JD McPherson and Nick Shoulders.

Movie on the Green: “Interstellar” 
7 p.m. Friday

Enjoy a free outdoor showing of the Christopher Nolan sci-fi classic. Before and during the film, the Astronomy Club of Tulsa will offer a hands-on stargazing experience, helping guests identify constellations, spot celestial objects and learn fun facts about the night sky. You can also send a note to your future self at our Messages Across Time activity. (Bonus event: Guthrie Green hosts Record Club: Birds & Bees on Saturday. Blankets and candles included.)

Jenks Herb and Plant Festival
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday

Jenks Garden Club hosts its annual sale in the Ten District. In addition to herbs and plants, various art and food items will also be available.

Party for the Planet
9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday

Discover what Tulsa Zoo is doing to conserve and protect wildlife, from chinchillas to elephants and many others of all sizes, with specialty keeper chats from their animal care experts. This event is included with general zoo admission. Find other Earth Day events here

Sunday Funday at Paloma’s Plants
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday

Shop local vendors selling plants, unique finds and spring favorites. There’s also a kids zone with a bounce house, food trucks, DIY make and takes and more at this free community event in Broken Arrow.
