Crisp morning air, crunchy leaves on the ground and the return of pumpkin spice everything mean fall has officially arrived in Tulsa. With it comes a packed calendar of seasonal activities.

If there’s anything left in your wallet after the Tulsa State Fair, we’ve mapped out about 60 ideas that are free or less than $20 for the autumn lovers out there.

October Second Friday

Local businesses in the Historic Red Fork District stay open late for you to enjoy local art and music. You’re encouraged to wear costumes, and vendors might have candy so kids can trick or treat during the art market. 

Northside Pumpkin Farm 

Friday, Oct. 9 and Saturday, Oct. 10 | Multiple times | 955 E. 33rd St. N. | More info

Get tractor rides, family portraits, live music, food, games and more for free at Hawthorne Park. It’s only happening for two days in early October, and you still need to reserve a spot.

22nd Owasso Harvest Festival

Pumpkin patches, food trucks and inflatables will be in Owasso for the 22nd year. The harvest festival has free attractions and entertainment for your family to enjoy at Redbud Festival Park.

Tulsa Native American Day

Monday, Oct. 12 | 9 a.m. | 1875 S. Boulder Park Drive | More info

Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Tulsa’s Native American Day in Dream Keepers Park. City of Tulsa staff and tribal leaders will speak. There will also be a parade, singing and dancing.

Eastside Rise Pumpkin Palooza

The first 200 people at the Eastside Rise Pumpkin Palooza get free food and drinks. For all, there will be a trunk-or-treat, inflatables, face painting, pumpkin painting, music and more.

Brookside BooHaHa

Saturday, Oct. 24 | 9 a.m. to noon | Brookside Neighborhood | More info

Parade marchers and neighbors in costumes will take over Peoria for the annual Brookside BooHaHa. Expect costumes, trick-or-treating and giveaways. 

SPOOKTACULAR Fest 2026 in Glenpool

Find candy and costumes at Glenpool City Hall for an afternoon of Halloween fun. There will also be food trucks and booths for local businesses.

Trunk-or-Treat for Dogs

Thursday, Oct. 29 | 5:30 to 7 p.m. | 2910 Mohawk Blvd. | More info

Who doesn’t love a dog in a costume? Find lots of them at Tulsa SPCA’s trunk-or-treat, where dogs make the rounds collecting treats in style.

Evergreen Youth Arts Festival

Saturday, Oct. 31 | Noon to 6 p.m. | 2134 N. Madison Place | More info

Youth artists will perform music and exhibit their original work during this free annual festival at Lacy Park. Expect bucking bull rides for youth and adults, pumpkin and face painting, horse rides and prize giveaways. 

Tulsa Halloween Bar Crawl 

Saturday, Oct. 31 | 4 p.m. | 114 S. Elgin Ave. | More info

Tickets range $19.98 to $26.10 for a Halloween Bar Crawl around downtown Tulsa. A couple of drinks or shots are included in your ticket. You’ll hit six bars, starting at The Max Retropub.

Pumpkin Town Farms

For between $17.49 and $51.49, you can get admission to Pumpkin Town Farms. From there, you’ll find more than 40 attractions, including hayrides, corn mazes, pumpkin picking and more.
