Moviegoers excited to see “The Odyssey” or another film screening at Circle Cinema this July have the opportunity to go behind the scenes of a wide variety of projects filmed in Oklahoma through the photography work of Charles Elmore.
As a camera operator and cinematographer for over 20 years, Elmore has worked on more than two dozen features, TV series, short films and more. At each stop he’s had a personal camera hanging off his shoulder that can be used when he’s not operating a camera for the production.
Most recently, he and the rest of “The Lowdown” crew concluded work on the award-winning FX series’ second season last week. Among the photos on Circle walls are some of his shots from the first season’s production. You can see those and more in this photo essay.
