Tulsa State Fair
10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday

Ride all the rides, eat all the food, shop all the vendors and visit the farm animals. 49 Winchester, Blake Whiten and Midnight Star are the musical headliners for the weekend’s slate of shows. 

First Friday Art Crawl
6 to 10 p.m. Friday

Shop artists set up around Guthrie Green and enjoy Tulsa Symphony Orchestra as it kicks off its season with Symphony in the Park. Venture over to Tulsa Artist Fellowship studios for a Cherokee Art Market preview. 

30th Annual Art in the Square
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday

Enjoy a stroll around Utica Square to view and purchase fine art from more than 90 local artists. 

My So Called Band
8 p.m. Saturday

The Oklahoma-based musical tribute band returns to Cain’s Ballroom for a night of all of your ’90s and early 2000s favorites, ranging from rock, grunge and country to R&B, hip-hop and pop.

“Remember Me” and After Rest
Opening reception 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday opening reception; 
9 p.m. musical performance

“Remember Me: Musing on Birds” by Zia Daugherty is an art exhibit at Positive Space Tulsa, 1324 E. 3rd St., that explores themes of environmental vulnerability and the value of life. Following an open reception for “Remember Me,” composer Lauren Sonder invites the audience to slow down, rest and dream. It features an immersive set of original piano music played by candlelight, framed by guided reflection before and after the performance.
