This week’s question comes from a Reddit thread where a user asked: “Anyone know what’s being built directly behind Saturn Room?”
Answer: Located at 211 N. Boulder Ave., the warehouse is known as the Tulsa Mural building. Its owners, AMTRA Capital Partners, will begin to offer leases for five spaces in the nearly 22,000-square-foot building in February.
Ryan Coretz, vice president at AMTRA, said he anticipates a mix of restaurants and retail spaces — possibly three restaurants and two to three retailers. Its opening will be dependent on how fast they’re able to find vendors.
Coretz said the location is ideal because it is close to the Tulsa Arts District, central business district and one block from the new Western Supply apartment complex at 424 N. Boulder AVe.
The complex will be seven stories and eventually feature 320 workforce and market-rate units.
